My access request to the Meta Llama 3 collection on Hugging Face was rejected, and I would like to kindly request a manual review.
I am a master's student from Huaibei Normal University, and I am requesting access for non-commercial academic research only. My intended use is local inference, benchmarking, and reproduction of research experiments related to optimization and large language model based decision-making.
I will comply with the Meta Llama 3 Community License and will not redistribute the model weights or use them for any prohibited purpose.
