Gates Access for 21 Days. Urgent.
I wanted to share an update and express some frustration with the current Hugging Face gating situation. My organization’s access request has been pending for over 21 days, and at this point it’s holding up critical progress for our project.
We’ve verified that the request was submitted correctly at the organization level, but the system still isn’t allowing us to reapply, cancel, or manage the request in any meaningful way. Switching between personal and org accounts doesn’t surface the gated repository access we need, and the UI gives no additional guidance. I’ve also attempted the official support email and the “contact sales” route, but neither has resolved the issue.
At this stage, I’m looking for:
A way to reset or cancel the stuck request, or
Direct support from the HF team to manually approve or review the org application.
This delay is becoming unreasonable, and I’d appreciate any assistance or visibility into how I can get this unblocked.
Thank you.
Hey any updates?
