Not able to use Trellis models

I am not able to use your models (TRELLIS) no matter what I am trying out. There's always some issue either with dependancy or something else. I have tried your tutorials multiple times, I have also tried replicating it elsewhere but I still cannot use your model. Can you please help me out on this one?

What happened?
do you get an error in the .frompretrained() method aswell ?? i noticed that it does'nt load all the weights i don't know why. the .cahce directory does'nt contain all the .safetensors as in the repo
