Why is the safetensors file gone?

I would like to test that wrong lora. But the safetensors file is removed.

I was able to grab it from the history, check out this commit: https://huggingface.co/minimaxir/sdxl-wrong-lora/tree/6a530fa2c2586b8ac2ff86f9094f7172b73ca5a6
