Improve model card: Add library_name and project links

This PR enhances the model card for mispeech/midashenglm-7b-0804-bf16 by:

Adding the library_name: transformers metadata, which enables the "How to use" widget on the Hugging Face Hub.
Adding prominent links to the official paper and project page at the top of the README.
