Model Size reduced drastically from Original Model size

Model Size is displayed as "2B params" for mlx-community/Phi-3-medium-128k-instruct-4bit model , whereas the original "Phi-3-medium-128k-instruct" has model size of "14B Params" , is it a typo error or Original model is reduced ?
