How to use mncai/financial_embedding_model with sentence-transformers:
from sentence_transformers import SentenceTransformer model = SentenceTransformer("mncai/financial_embedding_model") sentences = [ "That is a happy person", "That is a happy dog", "That is a very happy person", "Today is a sunny day" ] embeddings = model.encode(sentences) similarities = model.similarity(embeddings, embeddings) print(similarities.shape) # [4, 4] - Notebooks

Financial Embedding Model
- Finetuned for medical sw manual chatbot task.
- This is a sentence-transformers model: It maps sentences & paragraphs to a 1024 dimensional dense vector space and can be used for tasks like clustering or semantic search.
Usage (Sentence-Transformers)
Using this model becomes easy when you have sentence-transformers installed:
pip install -U sentence-transformers
Then you can use the model like this:
from sentence_transformers import SentenceTransformer
sentences = ["This is an example sentence", "Each sentence is converted"]
model = SentenceTransformer('{MODEL_NAME}')
embeddings = model.encode(sentences)
print(embeddings)
