ChABC Trajectory Prediction Model

This model is designed to predict the PTM of an intermediate stage for a de novo ChABC enzyme during the reverse diffusion process for RFDiffusion. It is part of the paper Resampling Techniques to Improve RFDiffusion Results for de novo Design of an Enzyme Based on Chondroitinase ABC Lyase I.
