MiniMax H3 FL2VA/Ref2VA R2V Hybrid

This repository contains a modified MiniMax H3 derivative baked from the official ComfyUI INT8 ConvRot checkpoints. It is equivalent to the recommended configuration from ComfyUI_MinimaxH3HybridLoader commit 861c7df, but loads through ComfyUI's stock Load Diffusion Model node and does not require both source checkpoints at runtime.

Verification

• All 932 safetensors keys were checked independently after baking.
• Exactly 40 tensors came from Ref2VA; every other tensor exactly matches FL2VA.
• No dtype, shape, tensor-value, or key-set mismatches were found.
• A controlled 5-second R2V generation used the same prompt, references, seed, 10-step Euler/Beta sampler, resolution, and ComfyUI runtime for the dynamic loader and baked checkpoint.
• The complete encoded MP4 files were byte-for-byte identical: SHA-256 543a57c6477836cbe4847137432a7cc46dc9ed68486414627731ba86fa017f8f.
• Decoded video-frame and PCM-audio hashes also matched.

License and territory

This is a modified Model Derivative of MiniMax H3. It remains subject to the bundled MiniMax H3 Community License Agreement and NOTICE. The upstream license excludes the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and Republic of Korea from its community-license territory unless separate authorization is obtained from MiniMax. Review the complete license before downloading, using, or redistributing this checkpoint.
