Did the original get deleted?
Yes the original model of this quants did in fact get deleted by its author for us unknown reasons. If you really need the SafeTensor version either ask the original author to reupload them or conveart the F16 GGUF back into SafeTensor. Doing so should be losless assuming the original model was in BF16 or FP16 which it almost certainly was.
