The model is unfortunately gated. I requested access but no idea if and when they will approve me. Honestly ReadyArt kind of turned from a well-respected group to this which is quite sad. In the meantime, you could use the official GGUFs under https://huggingface.co/ReadyArt/Dark-Nexus-24B-v2.0-GGUF but our imatrix GGUFs will obviously be of better quality.

Nice it's indeed no longer gated. I didn't notice because despite making it public they have not accepted any access requests and HuggingFace doesn't auto-accept them when the model is made public:
