This is a beta release of a reranker model for OHDSI/OMOP standard concept mapping finetuned from cambridgeltl/SapBERT-UMLS-2020AB-all-lang-from-XLMR.

It is only intended for experimenting and testing purposes for now.

Full model details with evaluation results will be released shortly.
