Add model card and metadata for MixFlow

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. I noticed this repository was missing a detailed model card and proper metadata.

This PR adds:

pipeline_tag: unconditional-image-generation to ensure the model is correctly categorized on the Hub.
Links to the paper and the official GitHub repository.
A summary of the MixFlow training strategy and its contributions.
The BibTeX citation for the work.
