Add model card, pipeline tag and library metadata

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face. I've updated the model card for UniGeoSeg to improve its discoverability and documentation.
The changes include:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-segmentationandlibrary_name: transformersto the YAML metadata. - Linking the model card to the associated research paper.
- Adding a link to the official GitHub repository for code and implementation details.
- Providing a brief summary of the model and the correct citation information.
