Improve model card: add pipeline tag and relevant links

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

I've opened this PR to improve the discoverability and documentation of MobileFetalCLIP. This includes:

Adding the pipeline_tag: zero-shot-image-classification to the metadata so the model is categorized correctly on the Hub.
Adding links to the official research paper, GitHub repository, and project website for better context and easier citation.

Great work on this mobile-efficient foundation model!
