Hello FetalCLIP authors/maintainers,

I would like to clarify the license that applies specifically to the released pretrained weight file (FetalCLIP_weights.pt).

• The GitHub repository includes a LICENSE file: CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.

• The Hugging Face model card indicates: CC BY-NC 4.0.

Could you please confirm which license applies to FetalCLIP_weights.pt (the pretrained weights), and whether it is intended to be different from the repository code license?
