Add stage-1 bidirectional teacher checkpoints to the model card

Documents the stage-1 bidirectional diffusion teacher checkpoints (artifixer-s1-14b.pt, artifixer-s1-1.3b.pt) from which the released causal auto-regressive models were distilled, and adds them to the config.json variants map. The weight files will be uploaded separately.
