Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.

This PR improves the model card for Cosmos 3. Specifically, it:

Adds the robotics pipeline tag to ensure it appears in relevant Hub categories.
Adds library_name: diffusers as the repository contains a model_index.json and the documentation provides a diffusers-based usage example.
Links the model card to the official research paper.
Adds a sample usage section to help users get started quickly with the diffusers library.
