Add pipeline tag and improve model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team. This PR adds the pipeline_tag: other to the model card's metadata to help users discover this model more easily on the Hub. I've also updated the GitHub link to point to the correct subdirectory in the kvpress repository.
Hi Niels, I updated the README for this model to include your modifications (and added more). I will close all the PRs, thanks for the feedback !
