Add pipeline tag, usage snippet and citation to model card

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. I'm opening this PR to improve the model card for KVzap.
Based on the paper and the associated GitHub repository, I've:
- Added
pipeline_tag: otherto the YAML metadata to improve discoverability. - Included a sample usage section based on the
kvpressdocumentation. - Added the bibliographic citation for the KVzap paper.
