Add pipeline tag, paper link and sample usage

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
I've updated the model card for KVzap to include:
- The
pipeline_tag: othermetadata for better discoverability. - A link to the paper: KVzap: Fast, Adaptive, and Faithful KV Cache Pruning.
- A sample usage section based on the
kvpresslibrary documentation. - The bibtex citation for the research.
