Add pipeline tag, clarify license, add library and second citation

This PR adds the pipeline_tag, clarifies the license, adds the library_name and adds the second citation to the model card metadata.
The license was corrected to mit based on the Llama 3.1 license.
The library name is set to transformers based on Hugging Face inference instructions.
