These files (rea6/invariants_rea6_ext.nc, rea2/invariants_rea2_ext.nc) are a
derived product: NVIDIA resampled the sources below to the target grids and
computed land fraction, surface roughness, continentality, distance-to-coast,
and terrain slopes from them. Over the COSMO-REA European domain the elevation
derives entirely from GLOBE.
