Mirrors internal model-card MR !53.
The Hugging Face release contains only learned model parameters and documentation; it does not redistribute ERA5 fields, NNJA-derived tables, normalization arrays, or other third-party data assets.
This removes the inapplicable model_card/ATTRIBUTION.md and false packaging references while preserving the applicable ERA5, NNJA, and EUMETSAT provenance inline in README.md. Model weights and license are unchanged.
