Update HealDA v2 model card licensing information
#4
by aayushgupta55 - opened
Updates the HealDA v2 model card licensing and usage information.
This adds links to the public HealDA training recipes and Earth2Studio inference, marks the model ready for commercial or non-commercial use, and notes Apache License 2.0 for the released training code.
Only README.md changes. The model weights remain governed by OpenMDW 1.1; no weights or license files change.
