Replaces the model-card sample video with clip cf3cd4a7-d49d-4858-aea6-bdc63e766c08 (the previously merged 977bc140 clip had a visual glitch). Same treatment: front-view RGB, native 1280x704, 20s, ~3.6MB H.264 faststart, width=640. Removes the old asset.
