Replaces the model-card sample video with clip 6532f25e-2e8e-47ca-b627-631bb466847e (prior cf3cd4a7 had a color shift). Front-view RGB, 640x352 (matches the width=640 display, ~4MB H.264 faststart for fast page load). Removes the old asset.
