Request to re-upload as a dataset

Hi! Thanks for sharing this resource.
It looks like the repository contains dataset files but is currently uploaded as a model repository. It would be much more useful if this were published as a dataset repo instead, since that would enable integration with the datasets library, dataset viewer support, and better discoverability on Hugging Face.
Right now users need to manually download and extract the .gz files, which makes the dataset harder to explore and use. Re-uploading it as a dataset repo would make it much easier for the community to work with.
