Add community evaluation results for olmOCR-Bench

This PR adds community-provided evaluation results for the following benchmarks:
These results were extracted from the model card: the olmOCR-bench column of the detailed OCR results table, which is an image (assets/minicpm-ocr/ocr-benchmarks.png). This is based on the new evaluation results feature.
