Fix GitHub repository link in model card for MiniCPM-V 4.5

This PR corrects the GitHub repository link in the model card content to point to https://github.com/OpenBMB/MiniCPM-V, which is the correct repository for the MiniCPM-V series models, instead of the MiniCPM-o repository.
All other information and metadata are already accurate and well-documented.
https://github.com/OpenBMB/MiniCPM-V and https://github.com/OpenBMB/MiniCPM-o actually point to the same repository, and we occasionally change the repo name.
So perhaps this isn't a problem that needs fixing for now.)
