Add model card with metadata and usage instructions

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team. I've added a more detailed model card for Splatent.

Changes include:

Added pipeline_tag: image-to-image to the YAML metadata.
Included links to the paper (arXiv:2512.09923), project website, and GitHub repository.
Added a brief description and the architecture overview.
Included installation and custom inference instructions derived from the official repository.
Added the BibTeX citation.
