These files are distributed under the LTX-2.x Community License Agreement, included in full in LICENSE.md. The original license and gated distribution are at https://huggingface.co/Lightricks/LTX-2.5.

By downloading or using any file in this repository you agree to be bound by that Agreement. Please read it before use. In particular:

• Use is subject to the use-based restrictions in Section 4 and Attachment A of the Agreement. These restrictions are binding on you and on anyone you pass these files to.
• If you redistribute these files or any derivative, you must pass along a copy of the Agreement, retain all copyright and attribution notices, and give notice of these restrictions to subsequent users (Sections 3.1–3.4).
• Commercial Entities — as defined in the Agreement, organizations above the revenue threshold — must obtain a paid commercial license from Lightricks before use (Section 3.5). Contact Lightricks for terms.
