EnterpriseRAG-Bench: A RAG Benchmark for Company Internal Knowledge

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) has become the standard approach for grounding large language models in information that was not available during training. While existing datasets and benchmarks focus on web or other public sources, there is still no widely adopted dataset that realistically reflects the nature of company-internal knowledge. Meanwhile, startups, enterprises, and researchers are increasingly developing AI Agents designed to operate over exactly this kind of proprietary data. To close this gap, we release a synthetic enterprise corpus, its generation framework, and a leaderboard. We present EnterpriseRAG-Bench, a dataset consisting of approximately 500,000 documents spanning nine enterprise source types (Slack, Gmail, Linear, Google Drive, HubSpot, Fireflies, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence) and 500 questions across ten categories that test distinct retrieval and reasoning capabilities. The corpus is generated with cross-document coherence (grounded in shared projects, people, and initiatives) and augmented with realistic noise such as misfiled documents, near-duplicates, and conflicting information. The question set ranges from simple single-document lookups to multi-document reasoning, constrained retrieval, conflict resolution, and recognizing when information is absent. The generation framework lets teams generate variants tailored to their own industry, scale, and source mix. MEMONDEMAND: A Memory Management System for Large-Scale Enterprise Data

Enterprise repositories are large, heteroge- neous, and continuously updated, making re- trieval difficult when efficient access, source- faithful evidence, and cross-query adaptation must be supported together. Enterprise mem- ory extends retrieval beyond the model con- text, but existing systems do not jointly address collection-specific hierarchy construction, low- cost routing, detailed evidence loading, and workload-aware memory updates at this scale. We introduce MEMONDEMAND, short for On- Demand Memory, a memory management sys- tem with three coordinated mechanisms: a dy- namic multi-level hierarchy that determines the abstraction structure and depth for each col- lection, dual memory at every hierarchy level that separates distilled routing from detailed evidence, and on-demand memory promotion that updates node priority under a bounded active-state budget. On EnterpriseRAG-Bench, MEMONDEMAND outperforms the strongest published LB#1 result at every evaluated scale from 10M tokens through the complete 618M- token collection, with gains of 12.23% at 10M and 4.66% at 618M. Results on FinanceBench, HotpotQA, and FRAMES further show strong performance across financial, multi-hop, and fact-retrieval settings. Together, these results establish MEMONDEMAND as an accurate, ef- ficient, and scalable memory solution for very large enterprise repositories across data scales, domains, and evidence requirements. WixQA: A Multi-Dataset Benchmark for Enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a cornerstone of modern question answering (QA) systems, enabling grounded answers based on external knowledge. Although recent progress has been driven by open-domain datasets, enterprise QA systems need datasets that mirror the concrete, domain-specific issues users raise in day-to-day support scenarios. Critically, evaluating end-to-end RAG systems requires benchmarks comprising not only question--answer pairs but also the specific knowledge base (KB) snapshot from which answers were derived. To address this need, we introduce WixQA, a benchmark suite featuring QA datasets precisely grounded in the released KB corpus, enabling holistic evaluation of retrieval and generation components. WixQA includes three distinct QA datasets derived from Wix.com customer support interactions and grounded in a snapshot of the public Wix Help Center KB: (i) WixQA-ExpertWritten, 200 real user queries with expert-authored, multi-step answers; (ii) WixQA-Simulated, 200 expert-validated QA pairs distilled from user dialogues; and (iii) WixQA-Synthetic, 6,222 LLM-generated QA pairs, with one pair systematically derived from each article in the knowledge base. We release the KB snapshot alongside the datasets under MIT license and provide comprehensive baseline results, forming a unique benchmark for evaluating enterprise RAG systems in realistic enterprise environments.
