Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.

This PR improves the model card for DECS_1.5B by:

Adding library_name: transformers to the metadata, which enables the automated code snippet widget on the model page.
Adding explicit links to the official research paper, the GitHub repository, and the project page.

These changes help users better understand the model's background and make it easier to use within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
