This PR adds a model card by linking it to the paper Amortized Moment Matching for Visual Generation.
It also adds a relevant pipeline tag, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=unconditional-image-generation.
It also adds a link to the Github repository.
