Usage
Direct Usage (Sentence Transformers)
First install the Sentence Transformers library:
pip install -U sentence-transformers
Then you can load this model and run inference.
from sentence_transformers import SentenceTransformer
# Download from the 🤗 Hub
model = SentenceTransformer("potsu-potsu/snowflake-arctic-embed-tsdae")
# Run inference
sentences = [
'Using the also DNA-DNA unculturable belonging the genera, Buchnera',
'Using the genomic signature we have also predicted DNA-DNA binding values for fastidious or unculturable endosymbionts belonging to the genera Rickettsia, Wigglesworthia and Buchnera',
'CONCLUSIONS: These studies suggest that this novel ZP-PTH patch system can deliver a consistent and therapeutically relevant PTH PK profile',
]
embeddings = model.encode(sentences)
print(embeddings.shape)
# [3, 768]
# Get the similarity scores for the embeddings
similarities = model.similarity(embeddings, embeddings)
print(similarities.shape)
# [3, 3]
