Add library_name and improve model documentation

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card for this repository by:

Adding the library_name: transformers metadata tag to enable automated code snippets and the "Use in Transformers" button.
Adding a link to the official research paper: AWED-FiNER: Agents, Web applications, and Expert Detectors for Fine-grained Named Entity Recognition across 36 Languages for 6.6 Billion Speakers.
Adding a link to the project's GitHub repository.
