Update the readme with a functional google collab

I think it would be helpful to have a working google collab, to improve the ease of use especially for people who do not have access to a powerful GPU.
The new one has some issues with calling the FastAPI module.
Is it just me or have other ones also faced this issue with the new update?
Some issues with calling the Gradio setup files also
