I am planning to self-host your dots.mocr model to serve an invoice extraction system. To ensure stable performance in a production environment, could you please provide the recommended server specifications?

Specifically, I would like to know:

GPU Requirements: Which NVIDIA GPU models are recommended (e.g., T4, A10, or RTX series) and how much VRAM is required for optimal inference speed?

CPU & RAM: What are the minimum and recommended CPU cores and System RAM?

Throughput: With the recommended setup, what is the estimated processing time (latency) for a standard single-page invoice image?
