Adds a Miru Tracer Jacobian-lens adapter for orcarouter/Qwen3.8-27B-Uncensored and documents its exact checkpoint and fit provenance.

• Fitted model revision: 404ea47aaa5d8a8b00049c9e9750089aca011ab2 (Apache-2.0). Miru Tracer 0.3.2, Transformers 5.13.0, Torch 2.12.1+cu126; two H100 NVL GPUs, BF16, balanced placement, dim_batch=8, max_seq_len=128, skip_first=16, target layer 63, checkpoint chunks of 5. Compute provided by the Ambiente Computacional Marie Curie (FINEP 01.22.181.00) at UFSCar.
• Averaged 761 prompts, 0 skipped, from the frozen Salesforce/wikitext, wikitext-103-raw-v1, train calibration pool at revision b08601e04326c79dfdd32d625aee71d232d685c3. Rolling 10-prompt change 0.0019094125973001387 met the 0.002 threshold after 24h49m. Same pool/settings as the original model's adapter in PR #5, but a different stopping count (761 versus 756); no behavioral comparison or adapter interchangeability is claimed.
• Preserves the fitted artifact and embedded provenance unchanged: 63 FP16 matrices of shape 5120 x 5120, 3,303,160,072 bytes, SHA-256 5b6e1d730944dd7be5af3a2ea4327771d85c5f7d9dd35dd76bd5fd997f5b6bfd. The production run passed artifact validation and output preservation.
