Add pl_PL-bass-high Polish voice

I had to make some small modifications, so I didn't directly merge this PR. But the voice is still there 👍
Is this Mr. Gosztyła? For the HIGH voice, it mumbles a lot and is indistinct. The tone of the voice is OK. Wouldn't it be better to train, for example, with the Slovak ckpt? I'm trying to recreate darkman but from the Slovak ckpt. I don't know if there is a difference or if it makes sense, and I don't know how many epochs to train. So far I have ~300 and it doesn't sound like the original darkman but it's pretty good. I will be happy to contact you.
Yes this is Gosztyła, voice is based on 30h of Diuna audiobook. I have trained for a 1000 epochs but based on english high voice.
