Senusa Trek AI CLI

This tool allows you to run the Senusa variant classifier from your terminal. It automatically downloads the model, configuration, and dataset directly from the Hugging Face repository.

1. Prerequisites

Install the required libraries:

pip install xgboost pandas numpy huggingface_hub scikit-learn
