This PR improves the model card for the prompt rewriter adapter by:

Adding the peft library name and text-generation pipeline tag to the YAML metadata.
Declaring Qwen/Qwen3.6-27B as the base_model in the metadata.
Linking the paper to its official Hugging Face paper page: https://huggingface.co/papers/2607.07675.
