ResNet-50 IREE test weights

weights.irpa is an IREE Parameter Archive of the externalized parameters of microsoft/resnet-50, produced by export_resnet50.py in the iree-test-suites ResNet-50 CPU quality test.

It is consumed at test time via iree-run-module --parameters=model=weights.irpa against the committed resnet50.mlir. See metadata.json for the exact input/output shapes and the expected top-1 class. Pinned by commit SHA in the test.
