Runback SigLIP-so400m CoreML (fp16, 1152-dim)

The exact scene-search pack Runback's Setup window installs (PRD 31). Converted from google/siglip-so400m-patch14-384 (Apache-2.0): SigLIPImage.mlmodelc (384px image tower, preprocessing folded into ImageType) + SigLIPText.mlmodelc (pad-to-64, no attention mask, SigLIP convention). L2 normalization in-graph. IO contract in siglip_config.json.
