PoC: SurrealML Division by Zero (DoS)

This .surml file contains normaliser parameters that cause division by zero:

z_score(0,0) — std_dev=0 causes division by zero in normalization
linear_scaling(5,5) — min==max causes division by zero (max-min=0)

Affected code: modules/core/src/storage/header/normalisers/z_score.rs and linear_scaling.rs Trigger: Loading the model and running inference with normalization
