PoC: SurrealML to_bytes() C API Panic (DoS)

This .surml file triggers a panic in the C API's to_bytes() function when it attempts an unchecked .unwrap() on a state lookup that fails.

Affected code: modules/c-wrapper/src/api/storage/to_bytes.rs Trigger: Loading via C API and calling to_bytes()
