I only use image to video conversion. Does Lora use i2v or t2v?

Do you mean LightX2V LoRAs? you should use T2V.
If you use the model only for I2V, you can disable T2V LoRAs.
If results are noisy, try changing the KSampler steps to values similar to the screenshot. To find the best settings,
set the seed to 'fixed', pick a video length of 5, 9, or 17, and generate a few frames, if the result isn’t good, adjust settings until you find the sweet spot.
