TQDNEs model checkpoints v0.1.0

This release contains the nine inference checkpoints used by the TQDNEs paper: seven reported model configurations, one matched-step geometry control, and the shared frozen spectrogram VAE. Training-only optimizer, scheduler, loop, and callback state has been removed.

Use manifest.json for model names, relative paths, file sizes, and SHA-256 hashes. The code, model documentation, and usage commands are maintained at https://github.com/highfem/tqdnes. The restricted NIED K-NET/KiK-net training waveforms are not included.

With this directory as TQDNES_DATA, verify all files using:

tqdnes download --verify

The checkpoints are released under Apache-2.0. The training recordings remain subject to the data provider's terms.
