hi, were trying to test tmvec against tmvec2s and we tried to to replace tmvec with tmvec2s in this command to build the embeddingd from the tm vec documentation from github . we want to use tmvec2s to seach for homologs against nr. we tried using the code from the tmvec wiki and it didnt work
we were wondering if there is any documentation available to run this model
